The PMX property conference in Sydney yesterday was a blast. Lots of familiar faces — a mix of clients, past and present, speaker friends, AI edge partners and even a water polo mate! The more time I spend speaking at conferences and judging industry awards, the more I see the ones embracing AI leaping head and shoulders past everyone else. It’s why I’ve doubled down on AI, both in my business, personal life and also with clients’ businesses. I caught up with some fellow speakers down there.

Fun fact: Tom Panos and I first met on Better Business Summit national roadshow in 2015 and have spoken at several conferences since. It’s a decade on, and I’ve found Tom is one of the most caring, generous and courageous people in real estate. I wrote a little shout out to him on LinkedIn.

I also enjoyed seeing the energetic Sarah Cincotta.

Fun fact: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sarah inside my coaching program and she’s really making a name for herself and a speaker, mentor and coach. I also spoke at her conference last year and it had an energy like I’ve never experienced.

For my 25 min closing keynote, I spoke to the property managers about AI and we’ll now run a 1 day masterclass for PMs in a few weeks time.

I’m currently running a 6 week AI sprint for cohort of brokers and accountants. They’ll have 3 custom GPTs built by Christmas!

As you can see I’m “all-in” with AI.

I’ve partnered with AI Edge to be head AI trainer and I’ve introduced an AI coaching program tailored specifically to their audience of brokers, accountants and property managers.

As I mentioned, once AI frees up some operational efficiencies, business owners have the bandwidth and capacity to focus on fun things like growth goals.

So the “AI plus Marketing” angle is working well and getting results fast.
