When you�re creating your marketing plan for 2024 here are a few things to keep in mind.

#1. Reflect on 2023.

What went well (and I�ll keep doing)?

What didn�t go well (and should I stop doing)?

#2. Decide who does what.

What will I do myself?

I recommend sticking to your genius zone and do the things that are most rewarding, energising and high-value.

What can I accelerate with AI?

Think about where ChatGPT can help with things like generating ideas, analysing data, and writing first drafts or frameworks.

What can I delegate to a VA?

Wherever you have a repetitive or low-value (but important) task, consider recording yourself doing it once, and then asking a VA to do it in the future. This is handy for distributing content to various platforms, keeping track of conversations, and setting up things like workshops regos, or landing pages.

#3. What brings in the clients and revenue?

Never lose sight of the activity that you know brings in clients. If it works, keep doing it (even if�you�are bored with it).

Experimenting with new ideas is fine, but not at the expense of what is proven.

#4. Cadence

Work our your yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily activities.

#5. Get the big items on the calendar first.

Birthdays, holidays, work travel, family milestones.

#6. Map it all into a flexible content calendar.

Do the thinking and plan once, so you can focus on working the plan!
